Below you will see some of the services we offer, as you read through them you will think that they are similar to other management companies, but we are not. I will tell you a statement that was said to me by one of our Board members.
The two company executives, Nina Kehler and Brenda Brydges, have extensive experience in condominium management. Each is involved in the hands-on management of all the properties. Backing up the principals of the company, is an experienced and dedicated group of condominium managers and support staff. The Brydges team sets the standard in Manitoba.

At Brydges we believe that we work for the Board of Directors and Owners, not the other way around. We believe that Board set the policies and that our role is to implement them. It is key that the Board is well informed as Brydges puts special emphasis on providing each Board member with a full agenda and supporting documentation in advance of each meeting. We research all the issues before the meeting of the Board of Directors, so we can provide the Board members with possible means to solve the issues at hand, rather than dwelling on the problem we offer possible solutions.
Our professional accounting system is fully computerized enabling us to provide comprehensive financial reporting. It integrates receivables, payables, general ledger and budget functions facilitating timely and accurate financial information. It also accommodates not for profit (NFP) condo or life-lease corporations as well as for profit residential/commercial properties.
Our basic reporting to our clients includes a financial statement package that can be customized to our client’s needs. This monthly package allows for a clear and quick analysis of a client’s financial situation. .

- Balance sheet
- Operating income statement including monthly, year to date and budget comparisons
- Reserve fund(s) income statement including monthly, year to date and budget comparisons
- Income statement and investment analysis
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable sub ledgers
